In the upcoming episode of the Colors' popular daily soap Madhubala - Ek Ishq Ek Junoon, we will see Padmini and Shamsher tie the knot.

Madhu and Trishna are excited and eagerly waiting to see their mother getting married to Malik. Both of them get their mother ready for the wedding and they reach the venue. Balraj however is burning for revenge and reaches the wedding venue.

What will happen now? Will Padmani confront Balraj after a such a long time? What will be the new twist is the show?

Madhubala takes the Bollywood route!

Colors' popular daily soap Madhubala - Ek Ishq Ek Junoon is all set to take the Bollywood route. In the earlier episodes of the show it was seen that that Balraj learns about Padmini (Pallavi Purohit), Madhubala (Drashti Dhami) and Trishna (Arti Puri) being alive.

However, in the forthcoming episodes the show will witness a filmy scene from the famous film, Sholay with a slight touch of novelty to it. A lot of drama coupled with fight sequences are in store for the viewers which will ultimately result in Padmini shooting her husband to make way for a new happy life for herself in the future.

Just as Bollywood movies are never complete without romance, Madhubala and RK (vivian Dsena) will be seen in this light. The two of them will be seen wanting to sacrifice their lives in order to save the other. True love, must say!

While TV shows replicate many aspects from Bollywood, including storylines, fashions and hit songs, action is one factor that doesn’t find much space on the small screen. However, producer Saurabh Tewary is looking to change this and has shot an expensive action scene for his show Madhubala,


which will be aired this weekend.
In the show, Balraj (Raj Zutshi) kidnaps Madhu (Drashti Dhami) with a plan to kill her. RK (Vivian Dsena) lands at the location in a filmi manner to save his lady love. The action scene ends with Madhu’s mother Padmini (Pallavi Purohit) shooting Balraj.

Saurabh says, “RK is a superstar in the show and the narrative has been larger-than-life. This sequence, too, has been shot in Bollywood style with the essence of a potboiler. There will also be a dance number by Jasveer Kaur to ‘Gajar ne kiya hai isharaa’ from Tridev (1989), while goons stand guard with shotguns and the villain enjoys himself. It’s very Sholayesque. I think this is one of the biggest action sequences done on Indian TV.” The scene was filmed at a set created at Filmcity near the lake. The fight sequence also involves stunt directors coordinating bomb blasts, bikes flying in the air and the fistfights. The cost of this scene is around Rs. 22-25 lakh.

Saurabh adds that earlier on the show, they could have shot the Ganpati shootout scene on a smaller scale but to preserve the show’s grandeur, it was shot at the Lalbaug Ganpati pandal. Action scenes on TV can be wrapped up with just two punches and a lengthy monologue, but upping things a notch is what sets this show apart. Saurabh says, “Action scenes are a visual treat for the audiences. It’s not as if people haven’t seen it before in films like Rowdy Rathore (2012) and Dabangg (2010). There’s no comparison being made, but grand scenes are a huge connect for viewers. There’s a hero, a victim and lots of emotional drama involved.”

Present track shows that the preparation of Padmini (Pallavi Purohit) and Shamsher’s (Bhupinder Singh) wedding is going on and RK and Madhubala’s sweet and bitter fight are making the scene interesting.
It is already being shown that Balraj Choudhary ( Raj Zutshi ) has come to know that the Padmini, Madhubala and Trishna arestill alive.
Now, Balraj Choudhary will make his entry in Padmini and Shamsher’s wedding venue.
Balraj and his men will beat and tie everyone.
RK will make his heroic entry when Balraj tries to kill Madhubala.
However, RK and Balraj will have a big fight and Madhubala will also get hurt while tryingto save RK.
Balraj Choudhary will not be ready to accept his defeat and will try to kill both RK and Madhubala.
This time Madhubala’s mother Padmini will turn brave and shoot her evil husband Balraj to save her son in law RK and her daughter Madhubala.
